Learn pop/rock songs, play in a band, put on a show!

This 5-day summer course is for young people aged 7–11.

Students will learn popular pop and rock songs together as a band in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment. Participants will build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and experience what it’s like to rehearse and perform with other young musicians.

The course will finish with a live performance for family and friends on the final day.

Final Show

Students will perform in a live showcase on Friday 31st July at 1:00 pm, giving them the opportunity to perform the songs they have worked on throughout the week in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Please note:

  • Guitarists and bassists must bring their own instruments.

  • Students must play the instrument they sign up for unless otherwise confirmed by the tutor.

  • Although open to all levels, participants should have some basic ability on their instrument (this should not be the first time they have played).

  • All tutors hold Enhanced Access NI checks and have completed safeguarding training.
